This Privacy Policy explains how APEX ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit getapexfitness.com or join our waitlist. We built APEX around the idea that your data belongs to you — this policy reflects that.
Today, the only personal information this website collects is the email address you voluntarily submit to join the waitlist. We do not currently require an account, payment information, or any health data to use this site.
We do not use your email for anything beyond these purposes, and we do not send it to advertising networks.
Waitlist emails are stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV) with industry-standard security practices. Access is limited to the APEX team.
This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels. We don't track you across other sites.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We may share information only if required by law, or with service providers (like Cloudflare) strictly to operate this website.
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing support@getapexfitness.com. If you're in the EU/UK or California, this includes rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, and we will honor equivalent requests from all users regardless of location.
APEX is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Once the APEX app launches, it will collect additional information (such as training, recovery, nutrition, and bloodwork data) strictly to power the features you use. This policy will be updated with full detail on that data before the app becomes available, and your consent will be requested at that time.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
